A warm welcome awaits you at londoneast-uk’s Conference Centre and we pride ourselves on meeting your high expectations. Our aim is to provide you with a professional and high quality service throughout your visit to londoneast-uk ensuring you will want to come back time and time again.

londoneast-uk is able to offer fully equipped meeting rooms either by the hour or on a half or full day basis. If you are planning a larger meeting or presentation, the conference facilities can seat up to 200 delegates together with a stage and full audio/visual link up. Full catering and canteen facilities are available to both existing tenants and visitors.

Audio visual equipment, fixed internet access points, flip-charts/pens, display screens can be ordered for your meeting at the time of booking.

All conference rooms have disabled access.

Ideally placed for immediate access to the region’s underground and mainline rail routes, major road and motorway networks and international airports , londoneast-uk’s Conference Centre couldn’t be better placed. Ample free car parking is also available on site for visitors wishing to travel by car.

Catering:

londoneast-uk offers an excellent range of catering and dining experiences. Choose from simple to sophisticated – from coffee and biscuits, tasty breakfasts and light lunches to hot or cold buffet lunches. Or, perhaps take a short walk to our canteen that provides a relaxed dining atmosphere and informal meeting space. A selection of hot and cold foods, snacks and beverages can be enjoyed in comfortable surroundings. Free wi-fi is available.

A variety of equipment is available to hire within the Conference Centre. Please discuss your requirements with our conference team when booking.
